If you already have covers made for cap1 then I would sudgest to keep using them. Then you can break out v2 for all your ne stuff. The good news is cap2 is based around standard book and paper sizes. So let's say if there is a cap3, the compatibilty will be the same as v2 for most everything.

Chad :: yes, sounds good to me. Anyone else vote for this?

Re: CAP 2 F.A.Q.

I've got a whole stack of cover templates built using Version 1 that allow me to edit images, text and colors and then just press step 2 to get my finished covers.

Will there be help/guidance on how to migrate existing templates built for the V1 action scripts or will I have to re-build all my existing templates from scratch?

Colin

Re: CAP 2 F.A.Q.

Will CAP 2.0 work with MAC versions of Photoshop CS3?

I finally got a MAC and the Photoshop CS3.

I hope so, please let me know.

Re: CAP 2 F.A.Q.

Can existing covers produced in Illustrator or InDesign be brought into PhotoShop so I can use the CAP action scripts to produce 3D images of them ... or do I need to rebuild the covers in PhotoShop first?

Re: CAP 2 F.A.Q.

CAP 2 sounds great...looking forward to it!

In the meantime, will the current version of CAP work with version CS4 of Illustrator? Will CAP 2 also include the Big Marketer Template Pack templates that are in there because it sort of seems that some of those are in CAP 1 but i know there might be a few that aren't, so i was just curious is they would be in CAP 2.

Also is there sort of newsletter or anything that us anxious CAP 2 people need to subscribe to for the wait of CAP 2 to be released? Like there was for Photoshop TopSecret.

Re: CAP 2 F.A.Q.

We are really looking forward to the new Actions.
